Pair show how to go with the flow
THROUGH his music, Terry Oldfield shares his mastery of the flutes of the world, from the Bansuri to the Silver and Alto flutes, to the Pan Pipes and the Irish Whistles.
He will perform tracks from his latest album, Journey into Space, at the Maleny RSL on Saturday before accompanying his wife Soraya Saraswati on Sunday for a seminar on Creating Joyful Flow at Tranquil Park in Maleny.
Creating Joyful Flow is a seminar on the seven fundamental truths to awaken the greater consciousness, release the past and raise vibration and joyful flow in someone's life.
Soraya, who lives in Palmwoods, said the seminar would be an inspirational day of self-nurturing, self-love and sharing wisdom from the heart.
"It is designed to awaken greater awareness and shine the light of consciousness on what we are creating in our lives and how to create more of what we want," Soraya said.
"You will learn how to develop your intuition and go with the flow that creates your dream life, techniques to create a constant state of joyfulness and learn how to reach for and take action to achieve your highest potential among other things."
Soraya has 30 years' experience in complementary medicine, yoga, subtle energy and meditation fields.
Soraya now assists people in the conscious development of a healthy joyful creative life on all levels.
Soraya said it took courage to bring your life back into balance and to be completely authentic.
"However the rewards far exceed the effort of the journey to wholeness," she said.
